• Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.

• State of Iowa RN or LPN license
• Previous LTC experience preferred but not required

• Day Shift, 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Full Time)
• Night Shift, 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (Full Time)
• PRN

• Starting pay rate based on years of experience with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus!
• Shift differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend packages
