Mercy One’s 5 South Team is seeking a Charge Nurse for a 12-hour day shift in a busy 40-bed Medical/Surgical unit. The role involves delivering compassionate care, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
