Medical Surgical Registered Nurse RN Medical / Surgical Traveler Registered Nurse Medical / Surgical The RN Medical/Surgical will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within a fast-paced Med/Surg unit. The nurse will perform assessments, implement care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient patient management during each shift.

• Implement, adjust, and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to physicians, nurses, and care teams.
• Coordinate care across various disciplines to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and support patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.

• Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Traveler Med/Surg RN Experience
• Strong clinical assessment & prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
