* Join our Orthopedic & Trauma team and provide exceptional care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, trauma, surgery, and acute medical conditions. As an RN, you'll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care while helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

** What You'll Do*
* + Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

+ Care for orthopedic, trauma, post-surgical, medical, telemetry, and neurologic patients

+ Administer medications and treatments safely

+ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, care managers, and other healthcare professionals

+ Educate patients and families throughout their care journey

+ Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care

+ Supervise and support LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other team members

+ Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

** Qualifications*
* + Associate Degree in Nursing required

+ BSN preferred

+ Current Iowa RN license required

+ BLS certification required

+ ACLS required for telemetry-capable units
