** that cares for acutely ill adult patients with a wide range of conditions, including:

+ Urology

+ Nephrology

+ Trauma

+ Colorectal Surgery

+ General Medical Conditions

This fast-paced, collaborative unit offers nurses the opportunity to build a strong clinical foundation while gaining experience across multiple specialties. Our team partners with Virtual Nursing to provide innovative, patient-centered care and support bedside nurses.

** What You'll Do*
* As a Registered Nurse, you will:

+ Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care

+ Develop and coordinate individualized care plans

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

+ Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

+ Mentor and support fellow nursing colleagues

+ Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

** Qualifications*
* + Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Current Iowa RN license (or Illinois RN license if applicable)

+ BLS required within 3 months of hire

+ ACLS required within 3 months of hire

+ BSN preferred

+ Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care
