Registered Nurse – ICU

ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specialized in ICU to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced patient care within the ICU setting, following established protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with ICU experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS certification required; ICU experience strongly preferred.
