ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specialized in ICU to provide comprehensive critical care services. The nurse will ensure optimal patient outcomes through skilled assessment, intervention, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and determine urgent needs for critical care interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs according to protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and care activities accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards during all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience working in an ICU setting.
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday shifts, including July 4th.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
