ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for ICU care to provide high-quality patient services. The role involves managing critically ill patients and supporting their recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and health management.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Critical care experience in ICU settings preferred.
• CPR and ACLS certification required.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
