Registered Nurse – ICU

ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment. This role requires expertise in critical care procedures and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to sudden changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document clinical activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about their care and recovery expectations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
• Have recent ICU or critical care experience.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Be able to work every other weekend and accommodate holiday shifts.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
