Registered Nurse – ICU

Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Provide critical patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, managing complex medical conditions and supporting patient recovery. Ensure high-quality treatment and adhere to hospital protocols while collaborating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and condition changes.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment strategies.
• Document patient care accurately and update medical records consistently.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess ICU experience and familiarity with critical care protocols.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and acute clinical judgment skills.
• Maintain BLS/ACLS certification.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
