Registered Nurse – ICU

Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Provide specialized intensive care nursing to critically ill patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert clinical interventions and monitoring. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies.
• Document patient progress and care activities accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, equipment, and protocols.
• Excellent clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a demanding environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
