* - 1.0 FTE
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Scope: intra-operative assistance, in-office patient visits, inpatient call and consult
rotation
- Call: 5-6 call shifts/ month
** Compensation and Benefits:*
* - Competitive Base Salary with shift differential when applicable
- Additional compensation for call and call back coverage
- Day one Benefits
- Annual CME allowance: $3,000
- Paid Malpractice
- 403B with 6.5% match
- Generous Time Off
** Qualifications*
* - The ideal candidate is a team-oriented APP with experience in patient triage and OR
support who is excited to be part of a growing neurosurgery program. The successful
candidate will bring flexibility, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous
improvement while helping advance a high-quality, evolving service line.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an inpatient Nurse Practitioner
- Active Iowa NP license and board certification required
