Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nursing Position

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure patient safety and comfort while performing clinical assessments and interventions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition regularly and document vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to arrhythmias or emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac step-down units.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and protocols.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with critical thinking skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
