Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to provide comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will monitor cardiac patients, assess vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ cardiac status using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and their families on procedures and postoperative care.
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac units.
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
