Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide telemetry care during overnight shifts. The nurse will monitor cardiac patients, deliver high-quality patient care, and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor cardiac patients’ vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license issued by the state.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac care nursing.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and interpreting telemetry data.
• Excellent communication and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday shifts.
