Mercy One Health System in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Patient Safety Attendant to help maintain a safe environment through continuous observation of assigned patients. The role requires alertness, ability to verbally redirect at-risk behavior, and timely notification of nursing staff in emergencies.
You will document on the Observation Flow Sheet and assist licensed nurses as delegated. The position is full-time, night shift (12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with rotating weekends and holidays.
