Medical Surgical Nurse

Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients in a medical-surgical setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses to treatments, documenting findings accurately.
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
