Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality outcomes through effective assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and notify physicians of any critical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting all interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
