The Registered Nurse in Telemetry provides specialized patient care to monitor and manage cardiac and other critical conditions. They collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective nursing interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and record vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond to arrhythmias promptly.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess recent experience in telemetry or cardiac care units.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms.
• Exhibit strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
