Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nurse Position

Provide patient care in a telemetry unit while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols and policies. Flexibility to float to West Campus as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions meticulously.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and vital sign changes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and hospital regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with state board of nursing.
• Proven experience in a telemetry or cardiac unit preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday shifts.
• Willingness to float to West Campus when required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
