Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nurse Opportunity

Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring and responding to cardiac and other vital signs. Ensure patient safety and comfort during your shift in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and alarms.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of EKG interpretation and cardiac protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently during 7p-7:30a shifts and every other holiday.
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
