Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for telemetry care, responsible for providing specialized patient monitoring and support. This role involves delivering quality nursing services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and interpret telemetry data to identify abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Float between Mercy Main and West Des Moines facilities, adapting to different units as needed.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working with telemetry patients.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple facility settings and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
