Telemetry Registered Nurse

The Telemetry Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients monitored for cardiac and other health conditions. They ensure accurate assessment, treatment, and documentation of patient vital signs and responses.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously.
• Interpret telemetry data and provide timely interventions as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and care plan.
• Document patient status and care delivered accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or critical care.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and physiology.
• Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
