Telemetry Registered Nurse

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to provide compassionate patient care during evening shifts and rotating weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to monitor cardiac patients effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormal findings.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and holds an active RN license.
• Proven telemetry experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
