Travel RN – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Des Moines, IA | Gross: $2,714/week | Stipend: $1,407 | Start: ASAP

365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for night shifts in Des Moines, IA. The RN will provide specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU environment, collaborating closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and families to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

• Shift: Nights (3×12 hrs)

• Schedule:
  
  7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 hrs/week

• Start Date:
  
  ASAP

• Weekends:
  Every 3rd weekend (holiday rotation included)

• On Call:
  None

• Ratio: 1:2 or 1:3

• Patients:
  Premature infants, respiratory distress/failure, hypoglycemia, post-surgical, and other neonatal conditions

• Float:
  May float to Pediatrics or PICU as needed

• EMR: EPIC

• Weekly Gross: $2,714

• Taxable Base: $1,307 ($36/hr W-2 base)

• Stipend: $1,407 (housing + meals & incidentals)

• Overtime (OT): $54/hr (after 40 hrs/week)

• Callback Pay: $72/hr

• Travel Reimbursement:
  Up to $600

• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience

• Certifications:
  
  BLS & NRP (required);
  Child/Dependent Abuse (can be completed during onboarding)

• EPIC EMR experience preferred

• Compact or Iowa RN license accepted
