Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry

365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a day shift opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa. The RN will provide patient-centered care across post-op and telemetry units in a collaborative hospital environment with strong interdisciplinary support.

• Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3×12 hr shifts | 36 hrs/week

• Weekend Requirements:
  Every other or every 3rd weekend (including holiday rotation)

• Call Requirements:
  None

• Floating:
  May float across local campuses

• Patient Types: ED observation, overnight stays, post-op surgical (PACU and post-Cath patients with TR bands)

• Ratios: 1:4–5 (up to 7 max)

• Bed Count: 14

• Drips:
  Heparin

• Telemetry Monitoring:
  Yes (tech-supported)

• Scrubs:
  Navy blue, solids

• Weekly Gross: $2,489

• Taxable Base: $1,082/week ($30/hr W-2 base)

• Stipend: $1,407/week

• Overtime (OT): $45/hr

• Callback Pay: $60/hr

• Minimum Experience:
  
  2+ years in Med Surg/Telemetry

• Travel
  
  Experience:
  
  Required (no first-time travelers)

• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS (AHA)

• Skills:
  
  Must be proficient in rhythm interpretation and drip management (Heparin)

• License:
  Active Iowa RN or Compact License
