Role
Med Surg RN
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients with individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Administer, record, and manage prescribed medications accurately.
- Identify and initiate alternative actions in response to adverse symptoms.
- Perform procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts as needed.
