Registered Nurse Telemetry

$2105.28/week -

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients, ensuring safety, accurate monitoring, and effective response to cardiac and other vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and report abnormalities promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on condition management and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and applicable state licensure.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or related specialty.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively during 7a-7:30p shifts and every other weekend (EOH/EOW).
