Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in critical care settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed health records.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state licensure.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
