Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive telemetry nursing care across multiple facilities. Coordinates patient assessments, monitors cardiac rhythms, and ensures optimal patient outcomes through diligent clinical support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients across different units.
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and vital signs accurately.
• Respond promptly to arrhythmias, emergencies, and patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Float between facilities as required to support staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the relevant state.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring systems and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments efficiently.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
