There is no work requirement during the stipend period. This program is designed to help ease financial stress so you can focus on successfully completing your nursing program.

After graduation and licensure, you'll begin your RN career with Mercy One and make an impact from day one.

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be enrolled in the final semester of an accredited RN program
• Successfully graduate and obtain RN licensure
• Pass the NCLEX within 6 months of graduation
• Sign and return the Program Agreement before stipend payments begin
• Commit to an 18-month employment agreement with Mercy One following licensure
