UnityPoint Health is seeking an exceptional nurse leader to join our high-volume, nationally recognized maternal care team as a Clinic Administrator. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic and growing perinatal center that is at the forefront of transforming high-risk maternal care for patients and families across Iowa.

As the Clinic Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume maternal-fetal medicine/perinatal practice. You will work closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary partners to ensure exceptional patient outcomes, an outstanding patient experience, and efficient clinic operations.

This leader will play a critical role in advancing care models, developing teams, improving access, and supporting innovative approaches to high-risk maternal care across the state.
