Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse

Trusted Health is seeking a Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult oncology patients. In this role, you’ll administer chemotherapy, manage complex medical-surgical conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. You’ll educate patients and families, ensure meticulous documentation in EHR systems, and champion safety and infection control. • Deliver evidence-based medical-surgical oncology care to adult patients across the cancer treatment continuum.
• Administer chemotherapy, manage central lines, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, side effects, and post-discharge care.
• Use EHR systems for accurate, timely documentation and care coordination.
• Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and dignity while managing complex conditions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow oncology nursing best practices.
• Support new technology and data-driven tools that enhance clinician workflow and patient outcomes.
