American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neurology unit position requiring NIHSS certification and an IA or compact RN license.
Details- Work in the 6 North Neurology unit of a hospital environment
- Shift schedule is 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with every other weekend and every other holiday required
- 13-week assignment length
- Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and NIHSS
- ACLS required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, and SICU
- TNCC certification may be required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Licensure verification dated within 30 days of start required
- Provide nursing care to neurology patients on a dedicated unit
- 60-mile radius rule applies for most Trinity Health locations, with some locations requiring 50, 75, or 90 miles
- Local candidates accepted in select states only
- COVID vaccination documentation required
- References required for consideration
