American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift hospital assignment in Des Moines, IA, requiring a compact IA license, prior travel experience, and post-op/spine care skills. BLS is required, 24 months Med Surg and OR experience, and Epic EMR familiarity.
The 30-bed unit uses heparin protocols, with 3x12-hour nights (36 hours/week), a 1:5 day/1:6 night ratio, and occasional holiday coverage. Travel nurses must be eligible for UPH markets and comply with scrubs policy.
