Mercy One Des Moines is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour, three 12-hour shifts per week schedule (7a-7p or 7p-7a). You will provide individualized nursing care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit serving adults with urology, nephrology, trauma, and colorectal surgery needs.
You will work in a team-oriented environment, coordinating admission, transfer, and discharge care, and ensuring safety and quality through the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
