Job Description / Responsibilities:
" Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
" Good understanding of healthcare concepts such as Member, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Providers, and Authorizations.
" Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Type Script.
" Automate end-to-end business workflows across healthcare member portal applications.
" Develop and execute UI and API automation test scripts using industry-standard design patterns.
" Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements.
" Work closely with Onshore and Offshore QA, Development, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
" Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions.
" Execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing for application releases.
" Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox.
" Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub
" Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate defect resolution activities.
" Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior automation engineers.
" Perform backend data validation using SQL queries and API validation techniques.
" Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.
" Strong experience in UI and API test automation.
" Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
" Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Years of Experience: 5+ Years of Experience
