Target - Up to $37.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent;
Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and achieve sales goals;
Maintain a fresh, full and food-safe area and ensure inventory management and food safety policies are followed;
Deliver the Food & Beverage Standards and ensure products are available and properly signed and priced;
Coordinate with vendors and Starbucks/Pizza Hut partners and assist in hiring and onboarding of new team members
