Line Cook

We are seeking a Line Cook to support the Culinary Team at Lua Brewing!
Job Details:

This hands‑on role focuses on supporting daily kitchen operations through accurate, efficient prep work while upholding the company’s standards for food quality, consistency, and safety. You will be responsible for completing daily prep lists, preparing ingredients, and ensuring all items needed for service are washed, cut, portioned, labeled, and properly stored in a timely and organized manner.

• The Prep Cook assists with basic production tasks, batch prep, and recipe adherence, while supporting the culinary team during both routine service and special events.
• You will help monitor inventory levels, properly label and date ingredients, assist with receiving deliveries, and keep prep stations, walk‑ins, and storage areas clean and organized throughout the shift.

• This role requires reliability and timeliness.
• You must be proactive, reliable and be able to work in a ahead on prep fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Starting hourly wage varies based on experience: $18.00 to $20.00 an hour to begin.
• Weekends Required.
• FULL-TIME HOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING IN APRIL.
