Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T2041) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs and solve guest concerns.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Promote and explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App, including Wallet, and how to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; assist guests with enrollment and use.
• Handle returns following store policies and escalate to Leaders as needed to resolve guest issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage merchandise as required.
• Stock supplies during store hours and remain available to assist guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) orders and returns with compliance to relevant laws and policies.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.
