Overview
Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. Starting Wage: $17.00 – $19.00. Part Time: ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn.
Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
Responsibilities- Safety First — Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhere to traffic laws and driver safety requirements, conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow — your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations; stand or walk for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are available in the future.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred.
- No inventory experience? You can be trained; discipline is key.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Applicants who have no degree, no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience are encouraged to apply.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background checks and MVR; may include a pre-employment investigative consumer report.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
This position requires standing for prolonged periods, ability to climb and use ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 lbs. Occasional travel by car and occasional overnight stays may be required.
