Dollar General - - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train qualified employees; ensure the store is properly staffed.;
Conduct performance evaluations and address gaps, including coaching or termination as needed.;
Manage opening and closing the store at least two times per week.;
Monitor operating statements to identify sales trends, profitability, inventory turns, and shrinkage; manage inventory.;
Ensure merchandise is presented according to standards, with correct pricing, signage, and staging; maintain stock levels.
