Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00
Part time. Ability to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional flexible hours.

- Count and record inventory with precision – Record part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication at inventory events.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow – Follow the playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations – Often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals – Productivity‑based wage increases are available.

- Support continuous improvement – Contribute to technology and process enhancements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, warehouse work.
- No inventory experience is acceptable – training provided.
- Preferred prior experience in healthcare settings.
- Complete required pharmacy or hospital training certification.
- Comply with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally air, ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch when accessing lower shelves, use a step stool, and lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
