Retail Keyholder - Merrell

About the Role

We are looking for a supportive team member who will act as the go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager and assist with administrative and operational duties, stock control, merchandising and maintaining store presentation.

• Support the store management team in opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean store.
• Act as a team role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Create great customer experiences through authentic service and assist in local marketing efforts.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving store success.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
