• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising to inspire guests and increase basket size.
• Act as a Guest Advocate: welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on interaction and recovery.
• Maintain consistent guest experience by ensuring merchandise is set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Assist in seasonal specialty sales, general merchandise sales, food sales, fulfillment, inbound, and tech support as assigned.
• Support daily and weekly workload to prioritize business priorities and meet sales goals.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology and store systems.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently when required.
• Quickly resolve guest questions and provide solutions on the spot.
• Attention to detail and adherence to multi‑step processes.
• Accurate handling of cash register operations.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift, and move merchandise of up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance required.
