Job Overview

Merchandiser for Greater Des Moines, IA. Hiring Immediately.

• Stocking and displaying products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Reporting directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and covering routes as assigned.
• Using a personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory; products are delivered in advance.
• Clocking in and out with a company‑issued phone app and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

• Full‑time.
• Start at 6:00 a.m. and finish when work is completed.
• Five scheduled shifts per week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks, yet enjoy interacting with people  prefer to stay active and are excited to spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Pride in your work and attention to detail are important qualities for you.

• Pay starting at $21.16 per hour. Employees move to $22.20 per hour one quarter after their 6‑month anniversary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
