Merchandiser for Greater Des Moines, IA. The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high‑quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

• Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• They report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• They use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; they are not responsible for transporting products, which are delivered in advance.
• A company‑issued phone with a programmed app is provided for clocking in/out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

• Full‑time position.
• Start time 6:00 am until work is finished.
• 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Pay starting at $21.16 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.20 per hour in the quarter after their 6‑month anniversary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
