Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – Overview

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Jordan Creek Mall, West Des Moines, IA and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment.

• Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, operating the cash register, and fostering a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store by performing daily cleaning duties and upholding LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with stockroom operations, including receiving merchandise, managing inventory to brand standards, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
• Engage guests through product knowledge, promotional materials, and loyalty programs.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Effective communication with team members and guests.
• Proficiency with the register system and processing merchandise.
• Ability to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends.
• Access to all store areas, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and lift at least 30 lbs.
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, with a minimum of three working days per week.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $17.25 to $18.25, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Compensation details, including benefits, will be provided upon offer.
