Store Supervisor

Under Armour is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily retail operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will oversee sales floor execution, ensure visual and brand standards, and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, loss prevention, and driving KPI results. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience.
• Coach, train, and schedule associates to meet sales and service expectations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards across the store.
• Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and labor to optimize performance and profitability.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with store and district leadership on initiatives and process improvements.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of store team members.
• Model Under Armour's performance-driven culture, values, and behaviors.
