- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
- Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Des Moines, IA)
- Schedule availability required:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday; start by 6 am, 15–20 hours per week
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising principles and promotional displays. Capable of performing physical tasks related to stocking and maintaining brand standards in a retail environment.
